Healthwatch Bury is currently undertaking a survey to find out what patients’ experience has been regarding the dental provision in the Bury area.

This survey is targeted at people with disabilities however we want to hear feedback from anyone who is using dental services in the Borough of Bury. We would be grateful if you could complete this survey about your dental practice and your recent visit. Feedback from this survey will enable Healthwatch Bury to identify areas that may need improvement and therefore your feedback is very valuable.
