The Urban Cycling Centre and National Cycle Academy, which are based in Prestwich in Phillips Park are once again running courses and a summer school aimed to help children learn and make the most of cycling.

These sessions run through May and June in St Mary’s Park. They are £5 a session and NCA provide the bike, helmet and gloves.

The NCA Summer Camp is back in Phillips Park this summer – we are advised to book early as 2013 was a ‘sell out’. The summer school runs from 28 July – 24 August 2014.
