Bury Council is consulting on their new Affordable Housing Strategy. The strategy highlights the reasons for the shortage of affordable housing in Bury and outlines the mechanisms and partnerships we will embrace to maximise provision and respond to demand.

They would particularly like your views on the following:

Do you think that we are heading in the right direction with this strategy in terms of responding to housing need and meeting demand?

What areas do you consider to be the greatest priority for affordable housing development?

Do you have any further ideas on how we can increase the supply of affordable housing in the borough?
